Most quotes aren't lost. They're never chased.
Relanqo follows up on every quote you send — politely, in your prospect's language, from your own mailbox — until you get a definitive answer: won, lost, or dead. You approve everything for the first two weeks. It never negotiates.
Built for businesses sending 20+ quotes a month. Below that, we'll tell you it isn't worth it.
The gap
The follow-up you keep meaning to do
You send a quote. They don't answer. You tell yourself you'll chase on Friday. Friday is busy, and by Tuesday it feels awkward. The deal doesn't go to a competitor — it goes to silence. And it was already eighty percent earned.
The sequence
Four touches, then it stops
Every quote enters the same disciplined sequence: business days only, your prospect's language, your email address, timing jittered so it never reads as a machine.
Helpful check-in
Confirms the quote arrived and offers to clarify anything. No pressure, no second pitch.
Wanted to make sure the quote reached you — happy to walk through any line of it.
Removes the friction
Answers the objection your prospects raise most often — the one you told us about at onboarding — and offers a ten-minute call.
Most people ask about the lead time on this one, so: here's how we'd schedule it.
True urgency only
Uses the real validity date on your quote, or your real capacity for the month. The agent is forbidden from inventing urgency — it can only state facts you gave us.
The pricing on this quote holds until the 30th, and our March calendar is filling up.
The professional close
Ends the thread cleanly and leaves the door open. One reply reopens the file.
I'll assume the timing isn't right and close this off — just reply if that changes.
Hard stop after four. Any reply, bounce, or unsubscribe halts the sequence immediately, and an out-of-office pauses it until they're back. That restraint protects your reputation, which is the only reason any of this works.
When they answer
Every reply is read, sorted, and routed
The agent classifies each reply and decides whether it can answer or whether you have to. When it isn't confident, the message comes to you — never to the prospect.
Ready to move
You're notified immediately with a drafted handover reply. The agent steps back and gets out of your way.
A question about scope or timing
Answered from the FAQ you filled in at onboarding — in your words, not invented ones.
Anything about price
Always escalated to you. The agent never discounts, never changes terms, never negotiates. It buys you a day and hands over.
The scope shield
What Relanqo will never do
Fixed scope is what makes fixed price possible. These aren't limitations we're apologising for — they're the reason the agent is safe to point at your customers.
Trust, earned in stages
You start with the agent on a short leash
Nobody hands their customer relationships to software on day one. You don't have to either.
You approve everything
Every message is drafted and queued behind a one-tap approval link. This is where we calibrate the agent to how you actually write.
The sequence runs itself
The four touches go out automatically. Anything the agent wants to send in reply to a prospect still comes to you first.
Only edge cases reach you
Offered once the agent has run clean for a month. Price talk, complaints, and anything it isn't sure about still stop for a human. Always.
The part the US tools skip
It answers in the language they wrote in
The agent detects the language of the quote and the prospect, then follows up in it. Not a translation layer bolted onto English templates — the sequence is written natively in each one.
Pricing
On the page, where it belongs
No discovery phase, no scoping call, no custom quote for a quote-chasing agent. Two ways in.
We sweep the last 90 days of quotes that went quiet and chase every one of them. No retainer, no commitment, no contract to exit.
- Every silent quote from your last 90 days, chased properly
- You approve each message before it goes out
- A written report of what came back, and what it was worth
Signed to live in 7 days. Fixed scope, fixed price, no change orders unless you ask for one.
- Every quote you send, followed up until there is an answer
- Sent from your own mailbox, in your prospect's language
- Replies classified and routed; price talk always comes to you
- The 90-day backlog sweep included in week one
- A monthly report built around one number: what you recovered
The honest disqualifier: below 20 quotes a month the maths doesn't work, and we will say so on the call rather than take your money. One revived deal usually covers the retainer several times over. If it doesn't, you shouldn't be paying it.
Questions
The ones that actually get asked
How does the agent know what I quoted?
Two ways, and most clients use both. You BCC your quotes to a dedicated address, or you drop the details into a shared sheet. There is no CRM to install and nothing to migrate.
Does it send from your domain or mine?
Yours, always. The agent connects to your mailbox and the follow-ups come from your address, inside the original thread. Deliverability and trust both depend on that — sending from our domain on your behalf would undo the entire point.
What if it says something stupid to my customer?
For the first two weeks it cannot send anything you haven't approved. After that it still cannot touch price, complaints, legal language, or any address that wasn't on the original quote. When its confidence is low it queues the message for you instead of guessing.
How long until it's actually running?
7 days from signature. Day one is a 30-minute call and connecting your mailbox. Days two and three, you approve the templates. Day four it goes live — including on the backlog you already have.
My quotes go out in French and Dutch. Is that a problem?
It's the reason we exist. The agent detects the language per prospect and writes natively in English, French, Dutch, German, or Spanish.
Can I cancel?
Monthly, no notice period. The retainer is $590 a month and it earns its place every month or it doesn't. The setup fee covers work already delivered, so it isn't refundable once the agent is live.
Three pilot businesses, then we start charging
The pilot is the full setup, free, backlog sweep included. You run it for 60 days. In exchange, we use the results as a case study — anonymised if you'd rather.
3 slots. When they're gone, this section comes down.
